A look at the development of the royal forest and park from the Middle Ages until Disafforestation in 1857. Simon is county editor for the Victoria County History (having been with Oxfordshire VCH since 1987) and is currently working on the Wychwood volume.

All meetings are at 8.00pm on Fridays (unless otherwise stated) at Finstock Village Hall, OX7 3BU. Refreshments are available from 7.35pm.
