It's Finstock's May Village Music Festival this weekend, starting with Finstock Festival Band in the hall on Friday 29th May and concluding with Jackie Oates and the hall's Farewell Party (the last events in the existing hall before redevelopment begins!) on Sat 30th. In the daytime on Sat 30th, a variety of music and fun will be happening - FREE - on Well Hill, in and around the village bower. Bring a picnic, the kids and your granny! Expect fiddle playing, song, impromptu performers, print-working (all ages can have a go), willow working, silver bands, morris dancing, real ales & ciders, tea, coffee & cakes (from the ladies of Finstock Toddler Group!).
